Just Breath

We hold our past on our back, neck and shoulder. Give yourself the time to sit and breath consciously so your heart can bear the future. Your lungs run from the bottom of your rib cage to your collar Bone. Try Fill them with air, big inhales slow exhales. More breath more life.What make a turtle live longer than a dog?? The way they breath. Take time to breath folks. from the lower spine to the top of the head ;)
